Buriram United advanced to quarter-final round of Chang FA Cup 2018 after 2-1 struggling extra-time victory at Nakhonpatom United in last 16 round on Wednesday 25, July 2018.

However, Nakhonpatom comeback to the second half with more intensity and majority of possession with plenty of chances to level the match until 78th minute home side makes a good cross from right corner kick, Brazilian forward Diego Oliveira Silva easily taps the ball into the goal. 90 minutes match end at 1-1.

Thai League defending champion begins extra-time with better possession while home side holds strongly defending and waits for counter attacking and finally Buriram United score a deciding by Supachok Sarachat’s right foot dipped the ball into the net just 7 minutes before penalty shoot-out. 2-1 struggling victory for away side after extra time.
